Machining & Fabrication

We perform all machining, fabrication and welding in-house to maintain control of quality, workflow and project timing.

Machining

Our 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers allow efficient, high-speed machining of complex parts. Other equipment includes 3- and 5-axis lathes, grinders, saws, and horizontal mills. Our machining staff are highly skilled at both CNC operation and programming.

Stock Handling Capabilities

We can handle stock up to 2032mm x 5080 mm (80 in x 200 in), with an upper weight limit of 1,814 kg (4,000 lb).

Fabrication

We perform all metal fabrication operations in house for equipment framing, sheet metal and other components.  We use dedicated equipment for layout, cutting, forming, braking and bending. We control all aspects of fabrication to ensure manufacturing speed and final product quality.

Welding

All of our equipment frames are fabricated and welded in house. We have extensive in-house welding capabilities, including stock measurement and cutting. Much of our welding is performed on a modular weld table jig to ensure dimensional accuracy.
